The Christmas season was a very busy time for Premier Crew Hospitality with numerous Christmas parties, canapé receptions and a couple of Weddings too.

When we told friends and family we were having a Christmas Wedding, they all said it would be extra special at that time of year, so expectations were high, but tinged on our part with trepidation.   

Premier Crew Hospitality did not disappoint!   From the beginning everything ran like clockwork.   The food was exceptional (particularly the beautiful canapés) and your staff were courteous and efficient.

Bookings for Weddings are coming in thick and fast for 2010 and 2011, so as not to be disappointed get your dates booked as soon as possible. 

On the 23rd and 24th January Premier Crew Hospitality featured at The Shire Hall Wedding show.  We would like to thank all of you who visited us there and hope you enjoyed some of our delicious canapés and a glass or two of Bucks Fizz.      

If you did not manage to visit us there we will also be exhibiting at Hylands House Wedding show on Sunday 31st January 2010 so hope to see you there.

Baddow Park

Premier Crew Hospitality have partnered with Baddow Park to offer a superb setting for a wedding. Brides and Grooms have the opportunity of hosting their wedding reception in 50 acres of parkland with the mansion house as a backdrop. Smaller events may be hosted within the house itself.

Ingatestone Hall

We have been retained to provide Wedding services at Ingatestone Hall later this year. Ingatestone Hall is a sixteenth century manor house built by Sir William Petre, Secretary of State to four Tudor Monarchs:

Elizabeth I spent several nights at the Hall on Her Royal Progress of 1561. Recently opened for Weddings this beautiful venue offers a wonderful marquee reception facility. 

Hylands House

Hylands House in Chelmsford is one of the premier wedding venues in Essex. Catering for both wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships ceremonies in a stunning Grade II listed building. 

East Anglia Railway Museum


Premier Crew Hospitality provided services for a wedding at East Anglia Railway Museum. The unusual venue was a delight to the bride and groom as well as all the guests. The wedding party enjoyed a canapé reception on one of the platforms, which had a colourful array of plants, then moved into the 'Goods Shed' for the wedding breakfast. You can select a train from their collection and have it shunted into the Goods Shed to use as perhaps the dining area or choose an open wagon and use for extra seating. To make it extra special your guests can ride on a steam train (or diesel) for a couple of hours. For those with an interest in Trains this would be the ideal location for a wedding.
